poor quality product. sent photos of the product I wanted prior to shipping. I approved then poor quality product was received. when asking for a replacement I was offered 50% reproduction of the product I purchased or send back the original product for 100% refund of the product purchase (not including freight and taxes) at my own expense to return (almost 50% of product price) not one of the 800 cadles purchased were without flaw. I feel 100% tricked to approve shipment of something they did not produce. mixing of colors couldn't have happened during shipment. their argument on "bad product" is not the correct term because the candle will still burn and do not want to work to find a solution.
